In line with current Government guidelines we have taken the appropriate steps to ensure the continued safety of our customers and colleagues. Key points outlined below:
- Pre-booked Games – We recommend pre-booking games to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins accepted subject to availability.
- Groups - We are able to accept larger group bookings and birthday parties. We have a large 3 floor arena which offers plenty of space for you to enjoy your game whilst keeping a safe distance from other players.
- Face Coverings – You are required to wear a face covering (unless exempt). You may remove your mask whist playing in the arena. You may see our team members wearing face shields.
- Cleaning Routines– Laser Tag equipment is regularly sanitized. Our cleaning routine is in place to ensure high-touch areas (such as toilets, door panels, tables, chairs, and arcade machines etc.) are cleaned regularly.
- Sanitization Stations – We request that you wash / sanitise your hands before and after play.
- Showing Symptoms – If anyone in your group is showing symptoms please stay at home. We’re happy reschedule your booking for a future date.
